01How long will my project take?
Lead times depend on material availability, fabrication requirements and the installation schedule. We will discuss timing for your project when preparing your quote.
02Which areas do you service?
We service Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Send your suburb with your enquiry so we can confirm availability for your location.
03How are sink and cooktop cutouts arranged?
Provide the exact sink and cooktop models and their manufacturer specifications. We confirm cutout requirements, positioning and installation details before fabrication.
04Can you replace my existing benchtop?
Yes, replacement projects can be quoted. Send photos of your existing benchtop and cabinetry. Removal, disposal, splashbacks and any related work will be clearly defined in the agreed scope.
05Which benchtop materials can I choose?
We can discuss porcelain, natural stone and suitable zero-silica materials for your project. Material availability, slab sizes, finish and suitability will be confirmed with your quote.
06What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send your location, photos, rough measurements or plans, and your preferred material and finish. Include any splashbacks, waterfall ends and appliance details. We will confirm the information needed to finalise your quote.
